Shipping and Returns

Delivery charges

• Free delivery across India on orders of ₹999 and above.
• A flat ₹99 delivery charge on orders below ₹999.

The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Store pickup

You can also choose free pickup from our Coimbatore office at checkout: RKRN,No. 10, Sri Krishna Nivas, Abhirami Nagar, Navavoor Pirivu, Coimbatore - 641046. Pickup orders are paid online like any other. We email you when your order is ready to collect, usually within 1–2 business days; collect it Monday to Friday, 10 am to 5 pm, and bring your order number.

Dispatch days

We pack and dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday are dispatched on the following Monday, so they take one to two extra days to reach you. Public holidays may add a day; we will tell you if your order is affected.

Dispatch and delivery times

• Orders placed Monday to Friday are usually packed and dispatched from Coimbatore within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days within Tamil Nadu and 4–8 business days elsewhere in India, depending on the courier and location.
• You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order is dispatched. Write to info@rkrn.in with your order reference.

Returns

Because our honeys are food and our skincare products are personal-care items, we cannot accept returns of opened products or returns for change of mind, for hygiene and safety reasons.

We will gladly replace or refund if your order arrives:

• damaged or leaking,
• with the wrong item, or
• past its expiry date.

Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery at info@rkrn.in or 94877 91980, with your order reference and photos of the product and packaging. We may ask you to send the item back; if so, we arrange and pay for the pickup.

Refunds

• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Cashfree Payments.
• We start the refund within 2 business days of approving it. Your bank or UPI app usually shows it within 5–7 business days.
• If a payment left your account but no order was placed, it is refunded automatically. Write to us if you do not see it within 7 business days.
